Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• We accept returns/exchanges within 7-14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Lingerie items such as panties, bodysuits, and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return/Exchange?

1. Email us at indianitequeen@gmail.com or contact our customer service team.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

3. Our team will review and arrange a pickup or return address for eligible orders.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange/refund within 7 business days.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (as per policy).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product received.
